Mandates include:
Assisting a commercial company regarding the acquisition of a share package in a project company developing a 34 MW photovoltaic park, including due diligence on (i) land ownership, (ii) financing contract from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), (iii) grid connection approval and feasibility studies;
Legal assistance provided to a joint-stock company (the largest producer of electrical cables, conductors, and insulators) regarding accessing state aid and preparing documentation for the purchase of equipment and machinery;
Legal assistance and representation provided to a wind and solar park developer disputes with investors;
Assisting a minority shareholder in a Romanian listed company in disputes regarding majority abuse.
